About Me
Hi there! My name is Kerren Ann and I am a book lover and wannabe artist. Whether it’s getting lost in a good story or creating something beautiful with my hands, these two passions have always been a big part of my life.
After years of pursuing both hobbies separately, I decided to combine them and start my own small business. It all started with a few handmade bookmarks that I created for myself and soon turned into a fully stocked shop where I sell a variety of handmade crafts heavily inspired by the stories I read, whimsical fantasy and the beautiful nature I often find myself surrounded by.
Each item in my shop is carefully crafted to bring a little bit of magic and whimsy into your life.

Processing Time
Once your order has been paid for and confirmed please allow for two to four weeks for processing and shipping (unless otherwise stated in the product description or is a pre-order).
This is due to the fact that many of my products are handcrafted and made to order. In the event that certain items are available for purchase but not currently in stock, please allow for a few additional days for production (estimated delays will be listed in the product description).
Shipping
I use Pudo Locker / Courier guy for all my shipping. Please understand that once your package has been delivered to the courier it is out of my hands regarding its delivery time. If there is an issue with the courier, I will attempt to assist to the best of my ability, but I am not responsible for any delays, lost packages or errors in delivery address.
In order to keep my shipping costs as low as possible, I will be shipping to your closest Pudo locker location, from March 2024. If you have a specific Pudo locker location you would like me to use, please message it to me directly (fableandfictioncreations@gmail.com) or leave the location in the note section of checkout.
For all my amazing regular customers who never want to miss out on new items, I have now created a build-a-box option. You can add products to your box over time and then ship it all together. Shipping will happen when your box value exceeds R2000 or when you pay for shipping.
I also offer the option of local pick up; however, please note that collection must be arranged from either our New Germany or Hillcrest, Upper Highway, Durban locations. Alternatively, you may collect your order from one of my upcoming markets.
Custom Orders
I absolutely love doing custom orders but please understand that they do take a lot of time to complete so I only do them for bulk or whole sale orders.

Pre-order items
Pre-order items are products or boxes that will come in the near future. There will almost always be a date on the actual product listing so that you know when to expect your order. If your order contains a pre-order item, your whole order will be placed on hold till the pre-order arrives.
Book Boxes
All the books for the book boxes are ordered from my supplier when your order placed and payment is made in full. Once the order for the book is placed, it will take between 4 to 6 weeks (barring any delays) to arrive once the book is released (according to the UK release date). Please take note that the shipping of the books is out of my hands and any date listed on the product listing is only an estimate from my supplier.

Refunds & Returns
Our Returns and Refunds Policy is here to ensure your satisfaction! If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect that costs more than R100, simply return it and I’ll happily replace it for you. For items below R100 with a manufacturing defect, you’ll receive a refund. Please note that I can only accept returns and refunds for damaged items and not for any other reasons.
