Good Life products are designed to support your health with a range of natural, nourishing and delicious options. Our first priority is to deliver safe, high‑quality products; and this begins by sourcing carefully selected ingredients from trusted, reputable suppliers.

Clean-Label Functional Ingredients

Good Life Organic

• Certified organic
• Grown without synthetic, petroleum-based fertilizers or pesticides
• Non-irradiated
• Non-GMO
• Plant-based
• Naturally free from most common allergens

Good Life Wellness

• Free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives
• No added sugar – sweetened with stevia leaf extract
• Mostly vegan-friendly, except for products labelled as containing whey (dairy) or collagen (bovine)
• Free from standard, high-glycaemic maltodextrin
• Non-GMO

Ever Good

• No pixie-dusting: our capsules contain only carefully selected ingredients in meaningful, research‑aligned quantities
• No fillers
• No magnesium stearate
• Silica (SIPERNAT® by Evonik) is used in a few formulations where a flow agent is absolutely necessary
• HMPC vegetarian capsules from plant cellulose – no gelatine

Real Good

• Whole foods
• Minimally processed
• Single ingredients
• No additives
• Non-GMO

To make a powdered supplement mix smoothly, taste good, and stay stable over time, a few clean‑label functional ingredients are essential. We use only what’s necessary — always in minimal, carefully sourced amounts — to ensure your product performs the way it should.

Citric Acid & Malic Acid
Used primarily as acidity regulators to ensure the highest quality in every batch, these two ingredients:

• Optimise flavour by enhancing the overall taste profile with a crisp, balanced tartness.
• Protect freshness by maintaining vibrant colour and preventing flavour fade over time.
• Balance the pH level to safeguard the product’s natural texture and stability.
• Mask the natural off‑notes of vitamins, minerals and botanicals.
• Improve solubility and mixability.

Sunflower Lecithin
Used in our whey‑based protein powders to promote instant mixing, prevent clumping, and create a smooth, creamy texture. It’s a gentle, allergen‑friendly emulsifier derived from sunflower seeds — not soy.

BTW – our whey powders are free from hormones (rBGH and rBST).

Guar Gum & Xanthan Gum
Used in our plant‑based proteins to reduce grittiness, improve mouthfeel, and create a smoother, more enjoyable texture. Guar gum is plant-based and xanthan is fermentation-derived. Both are widely recognised as clean‑label stabilisers. Stabilisers stop ingredients from separating, powders from clumping, and create a creamier texture.

Silica (SIPERNAT® by Evonik)
A premium, speciality silica from Germany known for exceptional anti‑caking performance, improved powder flow, high absorption capacity, and strict quality and purity standards. This ensures your powder stays free‑flowing and easy to scoop — even in humid climates.

When used, these ingredients are not added to “bulk up” a formula, but rather to make it work: mix well, taste good, stay stable, and deliver a consistently great experience.

Warranties and Returns

  • A 20% handling charge will apply to items returned which were correctly supplied. Courier charges for returning goods are for the customer’s account.
  • Good Life Organic will replace or refund items that are defective or expired at time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged after delivery.
  • Good Life Organic must be notified of any damages / breakages within 5 calendar days of receipt of the goods, preferably with a photograph of the damages incurred.
  • “Sale or Return” is not part of our trading terms. Failure to sell goods is not a valid reason for returning them to Good Life Organic.
  • Organic foodstuffs are grown without pesticides, are free of preservatives, and are not subject to fumigation using toxic chemicals. These foodstuffs are therefore susceptible to organisms which naturally consume these products. Considering these factors we can only provide a limited guarantee of 2 months from date of invoice for the products to be free of insects. Infestations after this 2-month period will be deemed to be due to in-store contamination and cannot be refunded.

Deliveries

  • Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum turn-around time for orders is 48 hours.
  • Orders will be processed strictly on a “first come, first served” basis.
  • Interest, minimum orders, and handling and delivery charges are applied entirely at our discretion.
  • Courier costs are for customer’s account, unless otherwise agreed.

Orders and Payments

  • First-time orders and exports need to be paid for in full before goods are despatched.
  • Proof of payment is required. As a wholesaler supplying the retail trade, minimum orders apply.
  • The extension of credit facilities is at our discretion and subject to the completion of an “Application for Credit Facilities” form.
  • All credit accounts must be paid in full within 30 days of invoice.
  • EFT is the preferred mode of payment. Cash deposits will be charged at 3% of the total amount.
  • Overdue amounts shall bear interest at the current bank rates.
  • An order will not be shipped if there are any outstanding invoices / amounts that have not been settled. Products remain the property of Good Life Organic until paid for in full.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Good Life Organic cannot be held responsible for purchasing decisions based on outdated or incorrect price lists. Price lists are available on request.
